We have extensive experience drawing up valid wills and Codicils which comply with all legal requirements for validity. A badly made will often results in delays and dispute in executing the testator’s wishes.

We take off the legal burdens after your demise and protect the interests of the beneficiaries under the will. We apply for and obtain Grant of Probate on behalf of our clients as well as letters of Administration in instances of intestacy. In instances of contentious probate, we represent clients in court proceedings. We also act as solicitors to the estate of the deceased, assist in gathering the estate, prepare legal documents and perform any necessary functions.
