Our firm has significant experience in criminal prosecution and defence. Our Managing Partner commenced her career in the office of the Directorate of Public Prosecution of the Lagos State Ministry of Justice. She has prosecuted several cases under the Criminal Code Act and the repealed Armed Robbery and Fire Arms Provisions Decree.

Our firm was granted a fiat to prosecute criminal matters under the Failed Banks Tribunal Decree by the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation. We were also involved in the decongestion of prisons, a programme initiated by the former Attorney General of the Federation in a bid to provide legal representation for prisoners and decongest the prisons. We partner with the Legal Aid Council and Office of the Public Defender on Pro-bono basis with a view to providing effective representation through legal aid and access to justice for qualifying citizens. We were granted fiats to prosecute criminal matters on behalf of the Attorney General of the commercial nerve center of the country.
