We represent clients from different areas of the industry including ship owners, shipyards, oil and gas companies, banks and financial institutions.

We work with our clients to ensure that their deals are consummated and documented with great care and full attention to details. Our work includes representing clients in the financial services sector in the perfection of ship mortgages. Members of our team have also acted as Arbitrators in charter party disputes.

The firm is an active member of prominent local and international maritime organizations including the Nigerian Maritime Law Association [NMLA], the Maritime Arbitrators Association of Nigeria [MAAN] (in which our Managing Partner was a founding member and pioneer president) and a supporting member of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association. Our Principal Partner played an active role as a member of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Chamber of Shipping.
