The firm’s litigation department deals with various forms of commercial and corporate litigation. We have had successful outcomes in all superior courts of records in areas such as arbitration (when applications are filed before the courts in compliance with relevant Arbitration statutes), banking, family law, breach of commercial contracts, employment law, property law, criminal law, tortious claims and election petition matters. Our priority is the protection of our client’s interest. Our policy is to advise our clients on the strengths and weaknesses of their case to ensure that expectations are within legally recognized parameters. In appropriate situations, we encourage settlement options to minimize the client’s exposure to unnecessary financial losses and destruction of business and/or personal relationships.

We are deeply aware of our obligation to assist the law courts to achieve the overriding objective of efficient and speedy dispensation of justice with the elimination of unjustifiable expense and delay.

Our aim is to assist our clients to resolve disputes ethically and effectively. We work with our clients to develop techniques which minimize the risk of litigation.

We partner with the Legal Aid Council and Office of the Public Defender on Pro-bono basis with a view to providing effective representation through Legal Aid and access to Justice for qualifying citizens. The firm provides high quality legal services to indigent persons in matters handled in High Courts, National Industrial Court and at the appellate courts.
