The Nigerian Communications Act promotes the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution for the resolution of disputes in the sector between operators, subscribers or any other person involved in the communications industry.  We are specialized Arbitrators and ADR resolvers and can advise on all aspects of the use of arbitration and ADR.

We acted as legal consultants to the Nigerian Communications Commission, Nigeria’s telecommunications regulator with the mandate to establish the industry’s arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme.
